The newest build is always at the top. Older ones stay up for people running older IDM versions. After downloading, extract the archive, start the .exe and allow the administrator prompt. The front page has the full usage guide.

Good to know

The ZIP includes config.ini and the bin/ support files next to the executable.
Old releases may not reset the newest IDM builds. If the reset fails, take the latest.
